Are you looking for a customed focused, proactive insurance sales role with an energetic team in the heart of the City?

Well, look no further! Marketline are looking for a Scheme Account Handler to join their well established team, servicing and administering the insurance portfolios of clients, with 2 years minimum experience in Insurance and Opengi.

Location

The role is based in our London office, near Bank.


The Duties of the Role

  1. To service and administer the insurance portfolios of clients in a timely, professional and cost-effective manner

  2. To help maintain the company’s income by retaining existing clients

  3. To produce new business from referrals and proactive sales activity


Successful Outcomes within the next 12/24 months
(to form part of MyPlan objectives)
 

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell appropriate products and services to existing clients
  • To cultivate recommendations and referrals from existing clients
  • Establish strong relationships with potential clients, influencers and suppliers
  • Correctly assess clients’ and prospective clients’ demands and needs and recommend appropriate products wherever possible
  • Administer the insurance portfolios of allocated clients in a timely, professional and cost-effective manner
  • Provide administrative support to Managers, Directors and other members of the team
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, colleagues, insurers and other suppliers
  • Immediately advise your Manager of any problem, issue or request which falls outside your authority, level of experience or knowledge, or which could in any way detract from your ability to achieve your work objectives
  • Undertake any additional duties which have been specifically assigned to you and/or may be reasonably requested by your Manager or the Directors


The Ideal Candidate

You will need to extensively liaise with clients, often in conditions where urgent action is required.
